Veelah "Vamboo" Bamboo Soprano Ukulele Corner
My Veelah Vamboo bamboo Soprano
Most Asian countries have the usual international brands available, or occasionally some of the Chinese factory brands that aren't widely available, but sometimes I do see a brand appears is specific to that Asian Country. It is usually a Chinese produced import but web site language often means I can't find out very much about them.

ÖzÜn

A Singapore and Malaysian catalogue company that puts out decorated Ukuleles for special occasion like the Romance ones (it came in different colours too) for Valentines Day. They used to sell Kaka brand Ukuleles but now they are branded with their own name (presumably from the same factory in China though?)

Veelah

Founded in 2007, they are a Guitar brand who have in the past produced a range of Ukuleles - (there is nothing about Ukuleles on the website now, but I have asked and they say they still sell Ukuleles). The company is based in Taiwan but the Ukuleles themselves are almost certainly manufactured in Mainland China and do get worldwide distribution, (but I can find very little out about the company apart from it was founded by Kevin Chang?) They come in Soprano to Baritone scales and with the usual koa, mahogany and spruce top wood choices, no extra strings, no pineapple they do have a bamboo cutaway Soprano they call the Vamboo.
