There are a lot of Ukulele factories in China, usually in Guangzhou, and whilst some of them make the famous brands that are distributed internationally, (and some don't respect copyright), they also produce other less famous brands that only get very limited distribution. These may be the factory "house" brands or may be a limited trial run and they never really went into production, (but then a trial run of 500 is more than most luthiers will ever make)? I haven't found the information to be more specific, but some of these brands are as good as the famous ones made along side them so deserve some recognition.
Some of the factories will have used more than one of the brand names on otherwise identical models of Ukulele and I am finding the more I look into it that some of these "manufacturers" are really only Ukulele distributors and by this I mean that a company that specialises in making say Guitars or Violins is asked by a customer to supply Ukuleles as well. Instead of making the Ukuleles themselves, although they probably could, they buy them from one of the other factories and sell them on as their own; making it hard to work out who exactly makes them? Anyway here is what I have found.

Talent Musical Instrument Co.

Founded in the late 80's in DongWang, now in Changshu, makes all sorts of instruments including Pianos, Brass and Woodwind as well as Chordophones. From the catalogue, I believe these are a manufacturer as they are the only ones I know who sell the horrible little Guitalele things I have seen for sale in a number of places but all of their output look very low end and I have only seen Sopranos. I have seen them brand as Gem and as Talent and they clearly have a cavalier attitude to copyright (and the website is very slow)

Penglian Music

Founded 2005 aka Guangzhou Penglian Musical Co. Appears to be a Guitar distributor and Ukuleles don't feature on their website? Their house brand is Pennate and they run the website, (but the same guitars feature as OEM in Taiyuan's catalogue)

Sunpost Musical Instruments Co

Established in 2000 in the Hua Du District of Guangzhou they claim to employ over 1000 staff and make mainly Guitars branded Caraya. They make other chordophones with this brand too and their Banjo range does look original, but the Ukulele's, which don't seem to feature on the website? look very OEM so they may just distribute? I have also seen the company called Weibo Musical Instruments Producing Co. that has some kind of link
