Harry Eibert Harp Lili'u
In being on the look out for nice Ukuleles I see the work of a number of full and part time luthiers. The instruments they make look very nice and worthy of note.

Glen Robertson - Moon Beam Mandolins

Based in Missouri and in business since, I believe, 1996 the output is predominantly the Mandolin family but they also make archtop Guitars, and Soprano and Tenor Ukuleles, some of which are built on spec but they also take commissions. The website reads like there are multiple luthiers but from what I can see the luthiery is all the work of Glen Robertson.

Harry F Eibert

Based in Syracuse, New York, he started out with an apprenticeship at an electric Guitar company and then went on to start his own workshop in 1974. In 1983 he moved to Syracuse, (where he was originally from), and in 1990 moved to his current location. He is known as much as a repairer as an instrument builder and has done repair work for a lot of famous musicians. He does build all kinds of fretted instruments too including Ukuleles but the only ones I have ever seen have been Harp Ukuleles? He use to have a website but that appears to have closed however he still has a facebook page and apparently a shop

William A. Wixom

He is a former woodwork teacher who has retired and is now a full time luthier working in Sacramento, California. He does a lot of commissioned work but also makes on spec models when he doesn't have a commission.
