Brian May Guitars Concert Ukulele
BMG Concert
There are a number of European importers and retailers who have a range of Ukuleles they import, usually from China, and then brand with their own name. They are usually better than the budget end, (though may include a budget end model) and some can be quite good quality

BMG (Brian May Guitars)

Brian May was famously the lead guitarist with Queen who made his own guitar with his father before he was famous and then used it throughout his career, (and he is apparently a big Ukulele fan). In the mid 2000's he decided to start his own guitar brand to market his guitar designs and partnered up with UK based distributor House Music to achieve this. In 2015 they launched a Concert scale Ukulele branded as Brian May, (which he apparently designed) but there is only the one model and it only comes in red. I believe House Music do own some other instrument brand but none of them include Ukuleles in their catalogue.

A London UK based distributor of all kinds of fairly low end Chinese made Chordophones, mainly Guitars but they do stock Mandolins and other things too - like Ukuleles. The catalogue itself appears very flexible so they buy what is available rather than have a specific model made for them. One thing that is particularly good about them as a distributor though is the importance they place on including left handed instrument in their catalogue! Pretty much everything they sell that isn't symmetrical has a left handed option and this too includes Ukuleles. They became HasGuitirs some time before 2013 but prior to this they were Rino88 and under this branding I have seen them sell Brazilian Cavacos

Music Marketing GmbH

A small German distributor based in Worms and founded in 2005. They distribute a number of fairly low end instruments under the brand name Tenayo but the catalogue includes some fairly obscure chordophones too. On the Ukulele front I have seen budget Sopranos, a budget(?) Bass Uke and the usual Dae Won rebrand Banjoleles. They also supply a number of Ukulele making kits (I believe from Hosco which is why you often see the brand linked with Hosco). Not sure if they are still in business since the website no longer works and the facebook page hasn't been updated for some time?
