Nukulele Soprano at Ukulele Corner
My Nukulele
There are a number of European importers and retailers who have a range of Ukuleles they import, usually from China, and then brand with their own name. They are usually better than the budget end, (though may include a budget end model) and some can be quite good quality

This is a London, UK, based musical instrument distribution company founded in 2014. the first range of Ukuleles they offer are a range of 6 Sopranos that are shaped and decorated to look like beer, (or other beverage), bottles. though they freely say these are partly novelty instruments they also say they are fully usable and proper musical instruments

Quincy Music

Based both in Stockport, U.K. and Corezze, France the firm was founded in 2013 it was apparently started by French luthier Quincy Gutiez with some help from the UK team. They import all types of Guitar including Bass and Lap steel, Banjos and of course Ukuleles though at the moment the Ukulele range seems to consist of Concert, Tenors and Uke Basses in a number of laminate woods and finishes. From the look of the instruments these seem like fairly standard Chinese models so what input the luthier has I don't know? All of the instrument models including Ukuleles are named after world cities and are sold through an Internet reseller 19 Music, that appears to work out of the same Stockport site and also markets a range of budget Soprano under their own name, (not sure there is any actual branding on the Ukulele?), on some sites and Quincy on others, (but they don't appear on the Quincy website).
